So glad we choose it, it's perfect place for staying in Venice. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The room was big and very clean, with a traditional design. Moreover, bonus was free Wi-Fi.

Teatro la fenice and other tourist destinations were situated easy walk to this place. When I arrived the host was friendly. I dined at ristorante san silvestro, that is just 100 metres away. Free Wi Fi was available here.
